Dutch DJ D-Felic will release his debut CD on januari 21 2010, fusing electronics and soul while collaborating with UK and US singers Colonel Red and Tondráe Kemp. Oost West Thuis Best, named after a Dutch saying meaning 'there's no place like home', was recorded, fittingly, in between international DJ gigs in D-Felic's The Hague home studio.

Over a two-year-period, D-Felic has dug deep into his soul to create a timeless album that locates electronic soul, downtempo funk and broken beats in a finely balanced mix of the digital and the analogue. Besides Colonel Red (People Records, Bugz In The Attic) and American vocal sensation Tondráe Kemp, D-Felic has collaborated with the acclaimed guitarist Marcus Machado and famed Dutch trumpeter Jan van Duikeren (Candy Dulfer, Paul Weller, New Cool Collective Big Band).
