Lorenzo Tucci, one of the most valued drummers in the international jazz scene, distinguishes himself for his expressive pathos and capability of spreading to the new generations the teachings of the great masters of the past (Art Blakey, Philly Jo Jones, Elvin Jones, Tony Williams, Max Roach), using a personal style which underlines all of his versatility. His ambition prompted himself to produce an album entirely composed of his songs, including homage tracks to the Clarke-Boland Sextet and Big Band. "Touch" is a well-balanced mix of jazz, funk, bossa nova, latin, dance and pop, with a strong groove and a flawless swing, featuring the singers Alice Ricciardi and Walter Ricci, and the musicians Gianluca Petrella, Fabrizio Bosso, Daniele Scannapieco, Pietro Lussu and Luca Mannutza.
